I spent my first fifteen years as a punching bag, before I finally learned how to fight back. It's been a lot of years since anyone took me on face to face, although that has not stopped anonymous attacks in absentia (mostly from guys, go figure).
So I get really really really pissy about bullying and intimidation. Also hypocrisy. And Windows Vista, but that's a different problem.
As for evolution, the sacred being in which I believe is the kind who can create something as spine-tinglingly magnificent as evolution. I see the hand of the diety in the periodic table. I would feel sorry for the benighted evangelists who can't, with their limited God who is so lacking in imagination, subtlety and might -- but they piss me off too much, so I no longer pity them.
