I’m out of hospital, back home and recovering. The appendicitis was, it turned out, a misdiagnosis; I will put some details in a post on bethinexile, but behind a cut, because it’s kind of icky.

I’m utterly overwhelmed by all the love and support! It was a truly horrible three days, but my partner was there for me all the way through, and the caring and cheer from all of you made a real difference!

I’m not very strong again yet and I have an intimidating number of messages and emails to go through, so bear with me while I recover. In the meanwhile, I can offer you some classic re-runs.
