It is clear that MacGyver is not a little girl because:

1) Woah! Absolutely not! That is clearly one fine example of an adult male.

2) He is missing another key characteristic of the little girl. He has been given a pony, and he is Clearly Not Thrilled. Nay, he seems somewhat disgusted about it. Did they make him muck out the Augean Stables before he could get it or something?
