Well, he does have numerous unpaid tickets and fines outstanding. No wonder they're gunning for him. The caliber of his violations is really quite upsetting. They assault the eye with a bang. That Dexter, he's a pistol, isn't he? It's enough to bring out all the Sturm und Ruger und Drang in a fashun policeman. But don't worry. He won't shoot Mac. He'll just read him the letter of the jacket law, and point out how illegal that item is.
