Woah, that is precisely how I feel today, returning to work after a week of blissful vacation. Except I'm pretty sure I'm not keeping the right end up.

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday! I shouldn't complain, this is a pretty easy week to be at work. It's just that there are things I have to ...think... about. Ungh. Brain seized up from lack of use!
