Both my husband and my son have RDA-type very wavy hair with a Mind of Its Own, so I'm used to unruly and riotous hair, but that is some serious hat hair!

Clearly, from the "horns" of hair at the top of this shot, the Devil made him do it. And clearly anyone who intends to approach him had better be wearing rubber-soled shoes, and be ready with a groundwire!

I guess he just has that certain "spark" about him.

p.s. I know RDA's hair was never a Brownie. I doubt it was even a Cub Scout.
