Actually, Firefox didn't do anything. I found a way of doing the mouseover slightly differently, which makes it visible in the current version.
The catch is that it won't allow you to see any of the older mouseovers. If you go back a few days, you'll see -- or rather, you won't see -- that the old posts still don't work. :(
