Oh, he's not planning to jump through that, but he is going to reach through, and apparently grab a rabbit, a Swiss Army knife, and a roll of duct tape out of thin air.

Or, possibly, he's going to climb through the hoop himself and escape, leaving nothing behind but a partial roll of duct tape and a very confused rabbit.
