Dunno. Rather reminds me of a game we used to play with our kiddies when they were at the "learning the body parts" stage. You can guess how it was played just by hearing its name: "Finger, finger, finger, finger, thumb. Thumb, finger, finger, finger, finger."
Regretably, I suspect that Mac would find it far less amusing and engrossing than the kiddies did.
