I am waaaaaay too busy giggling to come up with something witty to say. The hockey fan in me (although, alas, my Wild were not even close to making the playoffs this year, and the Red Wings lost to Nashville last night) loves this, and the vast numbers of hours of my youth that vanished into watching Star Trek ensured that I really, really loved this.

I went to bed with the game tied (getting too old to stay up for the Western Conference games... what is up with that?) They didn't look like they were sucking it up too hard in the first period.

Then again, er... the first period of the Pens/Flyers game was indicative of a very different outcome than the final score.

Yeah, I saw that game too! Of course, being a Flyers fan from way back, I thought it was okay. My Penguins-fan buddy disagreed, however. Maybe the Nux result was Karma in action...
