Now I need an icon made from that scene where Mac is dangling high above the forest floor from the rope bridge that broke! But, alas, I do not have an icon for every possible punning situation, so I'll have to use my all-purpose Memorial Day/Fourth of July/ Veterans Day icon.

I'm afraid that your icon is a bit too cropped for me to tell which bridge/cliff/mine-hanger it was!

I'm bad at names for MacGyver episodes. As I recall it was a Phoenix Foundation wilderness hike where convicts went along pretending to be Phoenix scientists, and there was a point where Mac was dangling from a rope bridge that gave out, but I could be conflating two episodes too. It's been a while since I've seen these.

The episode is "The Invisible Killer". The bridge doesn't actually fail; Mac gets pushed off it. The cap is indeed from that scene, but when I made the icon, I opted for a tight crop.
