*snort* I saw an old 'Night Stalker' episode tonight- had an old mainframe computer from the mid '70s... took up an entire wall! Now I have a cell phone that fits in my ear.
Clearly the modern system for recharging cell phones was Willis' most successful and lucrative patent for the Phoenix Foundation. He was tired of fixing the phones after MacGyver jury-rigged systems out in the field using car batteries, speaker cable, and gum wrappers. Yeah, the phones worked for long enough to make that all-important call, but then they'd die, and Willis would have to rip them apart and replace the fried bits...
