Fortunately, I don't think poison ivy actually clings to walls in the usual ivyesque manner . . . and I see no ivy anyway.
Maybe the tingling means, "For someone who's afraid of heights, you sure do get yourself way off the ground a lot . . . why do you keep doing this, anyway?"
