Teleportation may be done from a cyan zone, but only after you file the correct paperwork.

The cyan zone is only for teleporting if you are wearing a red shirt. The magenta zone is not for teleporting if you are not wearing a red shirt.

If you are wearing a long flowing Planetary Ruler caftan, please park in the mauve zone, leave your luggage in the chartreuse zone, and use the taupe zone for teleportation.

If you are wearing a red shirt, it doesn't matter where you go or what you do, just try to get yourself some really nice special effects when you buy it, okay?
