Gruel and unusual punishment, clearly. Clearly he's all set to stew about it. It's those sisters, they bowled him over with their insistence.

It's the napkin I love in this still. It really completes the picture of Mac as the sulky preschooler in need of a nap that the sisters are treating him as if he were.

It also makes you wonder if he'd already learned, in preschool, how to blow things up. Small things, of course.

I've started collecting links for your INSANELY MASSIVE accumulation of commentfic here, and recently encountered the one for LOL.BBQ -- with Very Small Mac building his first barbecue out of crib slats and toy blocks (and thereby guaranteeing his status as an only child). LOLed all over again!
