Yeah, you know, I could see Jack walking up to a gould and doing the old "pull my finger" routine. Apparently the actor could clear the room that way...

*giggle* The screen cap came from the RDA Daily comm; when it posted, there was an inevitable rash of pull-my-finger comments. I announced that I was going to use it in a LOL, and it would not be another of the same.

*snort* I know what you mean!! It's the same with the cartoons I do about Lothi's beans...I am doing anything *but* the obvious joke! Much more funner that way, yanno?

ROFL! I hadn't actually consciously noticed that you were abstaining from the obvious bean joke -- but it's certainly one of the reasons it's continuing to be so much fun!! I get very tired of the stale vulgarity. There's an LJ comm specifically for Stargate LOLs, which actually predates mine, but posting is sketchy and most of the LOLs are the same vulgar jokes. (And very few of them are of RDA.)

Yeah, I *could* do the gas masks and haze, but it's so cliché. I do like just having a bean or two show up somewhere in the pic, sort of Like Dan Piraro's "Bizarro" comic. I did that with the last one...my little Guardian Bean!! It's really bad when I can make a pinto bean look cute. I should be ashamed, but not surprisingly, I am not. *grin*
