IIRC, sidlj pointed me in the right direction for it. It's a backstage shot from very late in the series, or maybe it's from SGA . . . that's Robert Picardo half-visible off to the right.

Aha, now I recognize it, it's from his SGA episode, the Return, part 2, I think it was (the one he co-starred with Picardo in). Those are human-form-Replicator hands, I recognize them now!
