I love "Jack getting impatient for Thanksgiving"--which is now here! I'm inspired by this cute pic to get up and get ready for the day which I know I'll enjoy.

I baked an apple pie and my nephew's German chocolate cake yesterday (the only kind of chocolate that does not appeal to me, so of course it's a family favorite of everyone but me), so I'm still a bit tired from the baking marathon. Luckily someone else will be doing all the actual cooking today.

If only Jack could come over and help us enjoy the bounty!
